Mt. Nyainquenthanglha stands at the height of 7,162m above sea level and is situates in the west section of the Nyainquenthanglha mountains. 

Outline Itinerary

DAY 01 Arrival in Kathmandu. Transfer to hotel

DAY 02 Drive to Gundu (2,005m) one hour drive from Kathmandu for acclimatization. Accommodation in adventure Camp's luxury tents.

DAY 03 Morning sunrise view of the mountains. During the day you can visit Phulchoki,

the highest point overlooking Kathmandu Valley. Overnight at Camp.

DAY 04 fly Kathmandu to Lhasa. Transfer to hotel.

DAY 05 Lhasa. Visit Drepung, Sera monasteries & Norbulingka palace. Overnight in Hotel.

DAY 06 Lhasa. Visit Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple and Barkhor market. Overnight in hotel.

DAY 07 drive to Nyainquenthanglha Base Camp.

DAY 08-10 Rest day at Base Camp for acclimatization.

DAY 11-29 Climbing Period.

DAY 30 Clean up the Base Camp.

DAY 31 Drive to Lhasa. Overnight in hotel.

DAY 32 Free day to Lhasa.

DAY 33 Fly to Kathmandu. Transfer to hotel.

DAY 34-35 Rest day in Kathmandu.

DAY 36 Departure.
